Eiji was born in Tokyo and has a background in law, private equity investment and public equity investment. He currently works as a partner/head of Japan for a global asset management firm. He has three children at ASIJ and first became an ASIJ parent in 2013. He has served as the statutory auditor on the board from 2020-2024
